Trauma Reconnection

Join us for Trauma Reconnection: Healing Sexual Trauma with Energy Work, Embodiment & Yoga for Recovery, a powerful and supportive event dedicated to survivors of sexual trauma. In honor of Sexual Abuse Awareness Month, this gathering will provide a safe space for healing, reconnection, and empowerment through holistic practices.

Led by experienced practitioners Asha Sims, LCMHCS, Tahiyaa Martin, LCMHC, and Hope Janea, this session will incorporate energy work, embodiment practices, and trauma-informed yoga to help participants reclaim their bodies and heal from past experiences.

This donation-based event will take place at The Zen Chi Lounge in Charlotte, NC, on April 26th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or seeking additional tools for recovery, this event offers compassionate guidance and support.
