About the event

This isn’t the kind of class where you have to keep up. It’s where you slow down—maybe for the first time all week.


We focus on what feels good, not what looks good. We move with intention, breathe with awareness, and give ourselves permission to rest without guilt. Some days it’s about releasing tension. Other days it’s about quietly remembering who you are underneath it all.


This is your space to reconnect with your body on your own terms. Whether you’ve been stretched thin, craving quiet, or just need to feel held, you’re welcome here.


We meet every Wednesday at 10 AM at Zen Chi Lounge, and you can also join us on Zoom. Wear something soft, bring a mat if you have one, and come as you are.


No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
