About the event
Join us for a powerful seasonal ritual as we welcome the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.
Together we will move through 108 Sun Salutations as a moving meditation—an opportunity to connect with your breath, release what you are ready to let go of, and step into the energy of the new season with clarity and strength.
Rather than rushing through the practice, we will move intentionally through 9 rounds of 12 Sun Salutations, marking each cycle with a simple crystal grid ritual. This rhythm allows you to move with awareness, rest when needed, and honor your body throughout the practice.
This experience is not about perfection or performance.
It is about presence, intention, and community.
