About the event
Shadow Work & Sip is a teacher-led gathering focusec on understanding and engaging the shadow with care, structure, and discernment. This experience blends guided teaching, a 30-minute Somatic Grounding Flow (Yoga), and intentional ritual elements including blue lotus and butterfly pea to help participants explore hidden patterns and internal dynamics in a grounded way.
What to Expect:
