Workshop

Are you stressed? Been feeling Anxious? 

Have little to no meditaton experience? 

If you answer yes to these questons, this workshop is for you!

 In this 2 ½ hr. workshop, you’ll learn the basics of mindfulness and learn how to apply mindfulness practices to your everyday life.

Integrative Holistic Therapist and Mental Health Advocate Keyayanna Rei will facilitate discussions, exercises, and meditation that aim to teach you the tools you need to:

-Overcome stress and anxiety

-Connect the body and mind

-Learn calming techniques
