Mandela Thoughts: Mandela, Sound, Glow

This immersive workshop blends sound healing and mandala dot art to guide the mind into a calm, receptive state. Gentle sound frequencies help slow mental activity while repetitive circular painting patterns naturally deepen focus and presence.

As the nervous system settles, clarity, intuition, and creative flow begin to emerge without effort. No artistic experience is required. This is not about making perfect art, but about entering the space where thinking softens and sensing begins.

Participants will be guided through a sound meditation followed by a step-by-step mandala painting process designed to support relaxation, awareness, and inner insight.
