For when you’re fine… but you still need a minute.
Maybe nothing is wrong.
Maybe you're just tired. Overstimulated. Frustrated. Carrying too much. Needed by everybody. Or ready for one hour when nobody needs anything from you.
I Need a Minute is a twice-monthly, 60-minute experience combining guided somatic release, Reiki, and intentional integration.
No yoga. No flexibility required. No previous Reiki or somatic experience necessary. And no expectation that you explain what's wrong.
