The Autumn Equinox marks the changing of the seasons—a time to pause, take inventory, and intentionally step into what's next.
Join us for 108 Suns: An Autumn Equinox Ritual, a community practice that uses breath, movement, and reflection to honor the arrival of autumn.
Together, we'll move through 108 Sun Salutations at our own pace. Some participants may complete all 108. Others may modify, rest, or simply pause to breathe or reflect. Every way of participating is welcome.
This isn't about checking off a number.
It's about creating space to notice where you are, acknowledge what this season has taught you, and step into autumn with intention.
